§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)Every effort is made to publish the General Annual Report at the earliest possible date, but the time required for the compilation and printing of the tables is considerable. It is hoped that the Report for the twelve months ending the 30th September last will be ready for circulation by the end of February next.
