§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Runciman)The application was sent to the Commissioners with an intimation that the work which the Committee desired to undertake would come within the purview of the comprehensive scheme submitted by the Board. I have every hope that the Board may shortly be in a position to assist the Committee to carry out useful work on the lines of their application.
