§ Sir WILLIAM BYLESasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether it is the intention of the Government to send a delegate to the seventh Esperanto Congress to be held at Antwerp from 20th to the 27th instant; whether he is aware 2080 that last year the British Government was unrepresented, but fifteen other Governments, including the United States, were officially represented; and whether this year a special invitation has been received from the Belgian Minister for Foreign Affairs?
§ Sir E. GREYI have nothing to add to the answer given by the Prime Minister on 24th July last to the question asked by the hon. Member for Halifax, except to say that His Majesty's Government received an invitation to be represented.
