The number of copies of Form IV. (including a certain number of Forms III. issued to statutory companies) issued up to the 1st July inclusive was:—

England 9,292,345
Wales 807,313
Scotland 670,207
With regard to Ireland I will refer the hon. Member to the reply of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of the Treasury on the 17th ultimo to the hon. Member for Enfield.
