Member to the late Sir Eldon Gorst's last Annual Report on Egypt, Part 5, where he deals fully with the question of the proportional employment of Mahomedans and Copts in the Egyptian Civil Service. No instructions in the sense suggested in the last part of the question have been or will be sent to His Majesty's representative in Egypt.
