HC Deb 14 August 1911 vol 29 c1564
Mr. LYNCH

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he can state when the estate of Mr. M'Namara, of Ennistymon, West Clare, will be dealt with according to the last Land Act; whether he is aware that Mr. M'Namara has refused to sell, and has done nothing to develop the industry of the localities; and whether he will consider that this' is a case when the compulsory powers of the Act should be applied without delay?

Mr. REDMOND BARRY

The Congested Districts Board are unable to identify the particular estate to which the hon. Member refers. If the hon. Member will be so good as to give me fuller particulars, I will have further inquiry made.
