§ Mr. LYNCHasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he can state when the estate of Mr. M'Namara, of Ennistymon, West Clare, will be dealt with according to the last Land Act; whether he is aware that Mr. M'Namara has refused to sell, and has done nothing to develop the industry of the localities; and whether he will consider that this' is a case when the compulsory powers of the Act should be applied without delay?
