§ Mr. CHARLES BATHURSTasked whether the Board have received a copy of the resolution unanimously adopted at a meeting of the Tuberculosis (Animals) Committee on the 26th July last, respectfully urging the Board to bring into operation forthwith the Tuberculosis Order of 27th May, 1909, with the further provision that the compensation to be paid thereunder in the case of animals not visibly 954 tuberculous, slaughtered in the interests of public health, should be provided either out of the Development Fund or from other Imperial sources, and not at the expense of the ratepayers; and, if so, what action is it proposed to take in the matter?
