asked the Lord Advocate whether, having regard to the recent judgment of the Court of Session in the case of Thomson and Bent Colliery Company, he will consider as to amending the provisions of the Sheriff Courts Act of 1907 so as to secure the workers who are engaged in mining and other industries against eviction during a time of strike?
