Mr. POINTERasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is aware that on various public buildings in the parish of St. Marylebone notice boards are exhibited by the board of guardians purporting to deal with vaccination and re-vaccination, and citing the exemption provision of the Vaccination Act, 1898, but without any reference to the Vaccination Act, 1907; and whether he will direct the guardians to withdraw these notices?
