Order for Second Reading read.

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."—[Mr. Churchill.]

Sir F. BANBURY

I object.

Mr. CHURCHILL

Surely the hon. Baronet is not going to object to this Bill after the other Bill has been read a second time?

Sir F. BANBURY

Certainly I am. I voted against the other Bill.

Mr. CHURCHILL

Oh, very well.

Objection being taken, the Debate stood adjourned.

Whereupon, Mr. SPEAKER adjourned the House without Question put, pursuant to Standing Order No. 3.

Adjourned at Twenty-three minutes after Five o'clock, till Monday next, 1st May.
