Captain FABERI desire to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty a question of which I have given him private notice—namely—whether a party of Marines was landed from His Majesty's Ship "Shearwater," on the 11th instant, at San Quentin, Mexico, and for what object; and whether he has any statement to make?
