§ Dr. MACNAMARAFinancial provision has been made in this year's Budget for the laying down of both a third and a fourth Austro-Hungarian "Dreadnought," the provision in each case being £208,333. The third is to be built in Austria and the fourth in Hungary. There is no official information as to the date on which either of these vessels is to be commenced.
