§ Colonel SEELYAll officers appointed Yeomanry adjutants before the date of the issue of the Royal Warrant in February last have been allowed to retain the old rate of 5s. per day. I do not, therefore, fully understand to what officers the hon. and gallant Member is alluding. Perhaps he will furnish me with further details.
