§ The PRIME MINISTERThe resolutions referred to have been brought to my notice, and are receiving the consideration of the various Departments concerned, but for the reason given on Monday, in answer to an unstarred question put by my hon. Friend the Member for Montrose Burghs, a statement of policy would be at this stage premature.
