§ The PRESIDENT of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Burns)I have made inquiry into this case and find that the facts, as stated in the question, are not disputed. The Local Government Board are addressing a letter to the vaccination officer stating that, in the circumstances, they do not consider that proceedings should be taken against the parent for neglecting to procure the vaccination of the child.
