- 1."That, in the case of the Brighton District Tramways [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on the condition that Tramways 1, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
- 2. "That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Improvements) Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'London Omnibus Owners' Federation' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
