Dr. ESMONDEMay I ask the hon. Member for Southampton whether it is true that a lady has been found in the crypt, and, if so, when she got there, and what he proposes doing?
Mr. DUDLEY WARDI have just been informed that a lady was found in the crypt this morning. I have not yet had time to make myself fully acquainted with the circumstances. Presumably the lady went there in order to avoid the Census. The only step I propose to take at present is to inform the President of the Local Government Board so that she may be enumerated with the rest of the population.
