Resolutions reported from the Select Committee;

  1. 1."That, in the case of the Birmingham Corporation Tramways [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  2. 2.That, in the case of the London Electric Railway [Lords]. Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  3. 3.That in the case of the Dover Gas [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  4. 4.That, in the case of the East Ham Corporation [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  5. 5.That, in the case of the West Hartlepool Corporation [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  6. 6.That, in the case of the Shoreham-by-Sea Urban District Council [Lords],Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  7. 7.That, in the case of the Newcastle-upon- Tyne Corporation (Rites) [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  8. 8.That, in the case of the Middlesbrough Corporation Bill [Lords], Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
