asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he will consider the immediate issue of a Report of Proceedings under the Small Holdings Acts of 1908 and 1910 during the years 1915, 1916, 1917, and 1918, bringing up to date the information given in a similar Report for 1914 (Cd. 7851, 1915) and completing for these years the tabular statements A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H contained in that Report; and if he will add to such Report a Summary of Proceedings under the Small Holdings Act of 1916?

Sir A. BOSCAWEN

In view of the pressure of work arising out of the land settlement scheme it is not possible to re quire local authorities to provide the de tailed information asked for by the hon. Member for the years 1915–1918, but the-Board will endeavour to meet his wishes as far as possible in the preparation of their next Report. As regards the last part of the question, a Report was issued for the year 1917 in March of last year, and I am sending a copy to the hon. Member. A similar Report for the year 1918 is now in course of preparation.
