Captain LOSE BYasked the Lord Privy Seal if Section 8, Sub-section (d), of the summary of the Peace terms published on Thursday, 8th May, which states that reparation will be demanded from the enemy for damages to the Allied peoples represented by pensions and separation allowances capitalised at the signature of this treaty, actually represents the text; and if this reparation will include the whole of the estimated cost to the country of pensions and separation allowances incurred owing to the recent war?
