§ Dr. MACNAMARAAs regards the date when the decisions will be promulgated, I must refer to the reply given to the hon. Member for Portsmouth North on the 19th instant. It is the intention of the Board, as in the case of the Jerram Committee, to lay a White Paper giving the recommendations of the Jerram-Halsey Committee side by side with the decisions of the Government.
