§ Mr. McARTHURpresented a Petition, signed by 9,730 electors in the nine Parliamentary Divisions of Liverpool, praying for the passing into law of a measure for the enfranchisement of women, by granting to them the Parliamentary vote on the same terms as it is or may be granted to men.
