§ The CHIEF SECRETARY for IRELAND (Mr. Birrell)If the Estates Commissioners acquire the lands, which are the subject of proceedings for sale to 954 them under the Irish Land Act, 1903. the annuities on resale will be at 3¼ per cent. The matter referred to in the second part of the question will be considered when the estate is being dealt with by the Commissioners.
