§ Mr. CHARLES BATHURSTasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether the Board had been approached on behalf of the British Dairy Farmers' Association with a view to secure- 523 ing in future in the Returns of imports issued by the Customs House authorities a differentiated Return of the quantities of whole milk and skim milk now embodied under the general heading of condensed milk; and, if so, whether the Board had taken, or proposed to take, any action in reference thereto?
§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The Board are in communication with the Customs Authorities on the subject. I will acquaint the hon. Member so soon as a decision is arrived at.
