§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Mr. Harcourt)The case of John Dove and Sons has already been carefully investigated in connection with the contract in question, and it was found that no infringement of the Fair Wages Clause has taken place. A copy of the Fair Wages Clause was exhibited in Messrs. Dove and Sons' workshop.
