ENFRANCHISEMENT OF WOMEN.

Mr. H. A. WATT

presented a Petition signed by 2,992 electors of the College Division of the City of Glasgow in favour of granting the Parliamentary vote to women on the same terms that it has been or may be granted to men.

Mr. P. SNOWDEN

presented a Petition signed by 6,463 Parliamentary electors of the Borough of Blackburn to the same effect.

Mr. H. VIVIAN

presented a Petition from 1,341 electors of Birkenhead in like terms.

Mr. J. HODGE also presented a Petition from several hundred electors in the Gorton Division of Lancashire with the same prayer.
