Mr. BUXTONThe Board of Trade have not received any recent representations on this subject. If, however, the hon. Member is in a position to furnish any evidence of the existence of such a practice as that indicated in his question, I shall be glad to consider it, with a view to deciding whether any action can usefully be taken in the matter.
