Captain O'NEILLasked the Secretary for War if his attention has been called to the insanitary and dilapidated condition of the Cavalry Barracks, Windsor; and will he state how soon it is proposed to rebuild or renovate these barracks, seeing that this question has been contemplated by successive Governments for many years past?
§ Mr. HALDANECertain sanitary improvements are now being carried out at the Cavalry Barracks, Windsor, and will be completed next month. These will remedy defects pointed out in the medical officer's report. It is not proposed to rebuild these barracks in the near future.
