§ Mr. TREVELYANNo information is at present available. It must be remembered that the Act in question has been in force for little more than two years. The Board's only source of information on this subject is the audited accounts of the Local Education Authorities. They have not, as yet, received the accounts of all the Local Education Authorities for a complete financial year since the Act came into force.
