§ Mr. McKENNAThe fan named holds an Admiralty contract for the supply of cement to Devonport Dockyard. They are also supplying cement to the contractors for the new lock at Portsmouth. As regards both of these contracts, they are subject to the Fair Wages Clause drawn up in accordance with the House of Commons Resolution of 13th February, 1891.
