Colonel CALLEYasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he was aware that service with the colours did not count towards qualification for pension in the Civil Service, and that a Departmental Committee had reported in favour of colour service counting as half-time for pension qualifications; and, if so, whether the Government intended to give effect to such recommendation?
