§ Mr. O'SULLIVANasked whether that portion of the Ventry estate situated at Glenawadra, in the parish of Kingswilliamstown, comprising about a dozen tenants, has been offered by the landlord for sale to the Congested Districts Board; and whether, seeing that this portion of the estate is highly congested and that negotiations are proceeding between the Congested Districts Board and the landlord, steps will be immediately taken to have this portion inspected and bought with the rest of the estate?
