HC Deb 30 June 1910 vol 18 c1115
Mr. PATRICK WHITE

asked whether the Estates Commissioners have purchased a portion of the Kellet estate, situate at Barley Hill, county Meath; if so, whether the vendor received the bonus; and, if some untenanted land is still on the vendor's hands, whether the Commissioners will enter into negotiations for its purchase?

Mr. BIRRELL

As I have already informed the hon. Member, part of this property has been sold and vested in the tenants. The bonus was lodged to the credit of the estate and distributed with the purchase money. The Estates Commissioners do not propose to take any action with regard to the residue of the property.
