EARL of RONALDSHAYasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether any concession has been made to those persons who are entitled to relief under Section 19 of the Finance Act, 1907, who failed to make the necessary return before 30th September, 1909; and, if not, whether, under the unprecedented circumstances, he will grant an extension of time in order to allow of the relief being claimed?
