§ Mr. BIRRELLAn additional police barrack has been opened at Moate as, in consequence of the disturbed state of the Moate and Mount Temple police districts, it has been found necessary to send an additional force of fifteen men for service there. The cost to the ratepayers of the locality will be about £517 per annum.
