§ Mr. BIRRELLTwo of His Majesty's ships are detailed by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty for the protection of Irish fisheries. The "Helga," belonging to the Department of Agriculture is also employed for this purpose, and the Congested Districts Board's steamer "Granuaile" gives some help.
