§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have communicated with the Commissioners in Lunacy, and I do not think there will be any serious difficulty in making the change desired. The alteration of the form of notice will require the approval of the Lord Chancellor, and I am asking the Commissioners to submit the matter for his approval.
