§ Mr. BIRRELLThe numbers of agrarian crimes of an indictable character, including threatening letters, reported during the period mentioned in the question were 275, 231, 384, 576, and 402, for the years 1905–6–7–8–9, respectively, and 192 for the present year up to the 31st May last.
