HC Deb 20 June 1910 vol 18 c41
Mr. HENRY

asked the Attorney-General if he will consider introducing legislation to prohibit the use of motors to convey electors to polling stations on account of direct expenditure being necessitated for that purpose?

Mr. J. M. F.-FULLER (Vice-Chamberlain)

In the absence of my right hon. and learned Friend, and on his behalf, I have to say that, so far as he is aware, there is no intention at present to introduce such legislation.
