HC Deb 20 June 1910 vol 18 c29
Mr. FELL

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer who are the unauthorised persons into whose hands he fears the forms for the collection of the Super-tax might fall?

The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)

Any persons who are either not directly concerned in the matter or are not authorised to act on behalf of persons directly concerned.

Mr. FELL

Is there any difficulty in obtaining these forms now without payment, and may I also inquire whether lists are kept of the persons applying for them?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

There is no charge at all. The difficulty arose, I think, because there was a desire on the part of some persons to make something out of them.
