§ Mr. FELLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer who are the unauthorised persons into whose hands he fears the forms for the collection of the Super-tax might fall?
§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)Any persons who are either not directly concerned in the matter or are not authorised to act on behalf of persons directly concerned.
§ Mr. FELLIs there any difficulty in obtaining these forms now without payment, and may I also inquire whether lists are kept of the persons applying for them?
§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThere is no charge at all. The difficulty arose, I think, because there was a desire on the part of some persons to make something out of them.
