He had no idea, in accepting the article, that it could be regarded as containing incitements to crime or as expressing sympathy with criminals. He deeply regrets that it has produced an impression wholly different from anything he anticipated, and he undertakes that no further articles of the series shall [...]. In these circumstances, I do not think I need take any further action.
