§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Runciman)The Board have decided not to make any changes for the ensuing educational year in their regulations for secondary schools. An intimation to this effect was conveyed by a circular which was issued to local education authorities on 2nd May. I shall have much pleasure in sending the hon. Member a copy of the circular in question.
