§ Mr. RAMSAY MACDONALDasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been called to the fact that the London and North-Western Railway are charging a toll for the use of the footpath connecting Willesden Junction with Hythe Road, Willesden; whether the Board of Trade has had any communication with the railway company on the subject; and whether this is a practice which the Board of Trade proposes to recognise?
Mr. BUXTONI have sent a copy of my hon. Friend's question to the railway company for their observations, and I will communicate with him on receipt of their-reply. I am not, however, aware that the' matter is one in which the Board of Trade have any jurisdiction.
