§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. Ure)The Local Government Board have approved the orders of forty-one burghal local authorities and of thirty-three landward local authorities extending the provisions of the Act referred to by the hon. Member to pulmonary phthisis; 1,902 cases of phthisis were notified in the year 1909.
