§ Sir E. GREYAs regards the first three points in the hon. Member's question, I have received no information of the kind. As regards the fourth point, so far as I am aware there are Russian troops at only three places in Persia: Tabriz, Kazvin, and Ardebil. As regards the fifth and last point, I have nothing to add to the reply returned to the hon. Member for Brighton on 27th June on this subject.
