§ Mr. GODFREY LOCKER-LAMPSONasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the limited amount of time which will probably be available during the Winter Session, he can see his way to give any particulars of the proposed rearrangement of the circuit system for the information of the public before the House rises; whether ample opportunity will be given to Debate the whole matter; and whether those facilities will be afforded early or late in the Winter Session?
