1. Financial.
"That there be charged on the consolidated Fund as from the demise of His late Majesty the following annual sums:—
For the King's Civil List £470,000.
For retired allowances Such sums as may be required for the payment in whole or in part in each year of retired allowances granted by His late Majesty or by His present Majesty to members of His late Majesty's household, not exceeding in all £18,000.
For Civil List pensions Such sums as may be required for the payment in each year of Civil List pensions already granted or hereafter to be granted.
The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)

, who was only partially heard by the Official Reporters, moved the following Resolutions:—

In the event of the marriage of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, for Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales. £10,000, to be increased to £30,000 in the event of Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales surviving His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
For the benefit of the sons of His Majesty other than the Duke of Cornwall. £10,000 in respect of each son who attains the age of twenty-one years, and a further sum of £15,000 in respect of each such son who marries.
For the benefit of the daughters of His Majesty. £6,000 in respect of each daughter who attains the age of twenty-one years or marries.
For Her Majesty Queen Mary, in the event of her surviving His Majesty the King. £70,000.
and that provision be made for continuing, for a period of six months after the close of the present reign, certain payments so charged which would otherwise be then determined.
