§ Ordered, That a Bill be brought in upon the said Resolution, and that the Chairman of Ways and Means, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Mr. Hobhouse do prepare and bring it in.
§ Mr. Hobhouse accordingly presented a Bill to apply a sum out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1911, and to appropriate the Supplies granted in this Session of Parliament. Bill read the first time, and ordered to be read a second time to- morrow.
