§ The PRESIDENT of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Burns)The prescribed form of agreement between boards of guardians and boarding-out committees contains an undertaking on the part of the guardians to pay the funeral expenses in the case of the death of a child who is boarded out.
