§ Mr. RYLAND ADKINSasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of his statement to the deputation of education authorities in 1909 and the requests from all quarters of the House that the time for repayment of loans for the building of schools should be extended, he is now able to say what longer period is to be substituted for the present usual period of thirty years?
